  • Lead the development negotiation and management of subcontract agreements with vendors and third-party service providers.
  • Conduct due diligence on potential subcontractors including financial stability compliance and performance history assessments.
  • Ensure all subcontracting activities comply with company policies industry regulations and legal requirements.
  • Monitor subcontractor performance through KPIs delivery timelines quality standards and safety compliance.
  • Coordinate with project procurement and operations teams to align subcontracting plans with project schedules and budgets.
  • Manage contract variations claims and disputes in a timely and professional manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of all subcontracting documentation including contracts change orders and performance reports.
  • Identify opportunities for cost optimization process improvement and supplier consolidation.
  • Facilitate regular performance reviews and feedback sessions with key subcontractors.
  • Support audits and internal/external compliance checks related to subcontracting activities.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Engineering Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 510 years of progressive experience in subcontract management procurement or contract administration within industrial/manufacturing environments.
  • Proven track record in managing high-value subcontract agreements and vendor performance.
  • Strong negotiation communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Proficient in contract lifecycle management risk assessment and compliance frameworks.
  • Experience with ERP systems and contract management software (e.g. SAP Oracle Ariba).
  • Knowledge of Indian contract law GST regulations and safety standards (e.g. OSHA ISO).
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced results-oriented environment with attention to detail.
