A leading tech partner is seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Developer to join their team in Amman Jordan. This is a fulltime position offering the opportunity to contribute to impactful projects within a fastpaced collaborative environment.

Role Overview:
The successful candidate will work closely with product managers designers and engineers to design and implement new features for a growing user base. This role involves technical leadership on largescale projects system ownership mentorship of junior developers and continuous improvement of engineering practices and processes.

Key Responsibilities:

Collaborate on the design and development of userfocused features
Take ownership of systems and ensure their performance and reliability
Support operational teams in identifying and resolving production issues
Write highquality maintainable and welldocumented code
Mentor junior and intermediate team members through code reviews and feedback
Promote best practices in software engineering including scalability and cost efficiency
Lead or contribute to crossfunctional initiatives and projects
Analyze and transform user stories into actionable development tasks

Required Technical Skills:

Proficiency in PHP Python JavaScript/TypeScript and React
Strong debugging and troubleshooting abilities
Solid understanding of HTML CSS and web application security
Experience with Git CI/CD pipelines and commandline tools (Linux)
Familiarity with Docker or Kubernetes
Cloud experience preferably with AWS including microservices and RESTful APIs
Experience working with MySQL and NoSQL databases such as MongoDB
Agile development experience (Scrum or Kanban)

Proactive and eager to learn new technologies
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Collaborative mindset with a willingness to both teach and learn
