The Future Skills Fund (FSF ) is a program funded by the German government through KFW to establish a revolving fund designed to expand access to pre-selected programmes at Technical and Vocational Education and Training (TVET) providers in Jordan. FSF supports youth financially through No-Interest Income Share Agreements (ISAs) to be able to enrol in the TVET sectors. A critical component of this initiative is the systematic tracking of employment outcomes of ISA graduates. FSF seeks to engage an officer to build and maintain relationships with community members CBOs partner organizations and key stakeholders to promote FSF programs services and mission.
Details:
Location: Amman Jordan
Contracting: Service Agreement (this is not an employment opportunity)
Input: Part-time (intermittent up to 15 working days per month for 10 months up to 6 hours/day)
Start date: March 2026
Duration: 10 months
Remuneration: Maximum monthly remuneration of 1000 JOD
Reporting: The Officer will report directly to BFC and will also work closely with the FSF team. The Officer will work from the FSF office and will have to travel
What you will do (Your Responsibilities):
Build and maintain relationships with community members CBOs partner organizations and key stakeholders to promote FSF programs services and mission. Increase awareness of FSF in regards of programs and services and raise awareness of the importance of TVET education to youth and local communities engagement and participation through strategic outreach activities like awareness sessions school visits and event planning.
Detailed Responsibilities:
Develop and implement outreach strategies to engage target communities and stakeholders
Represent FSF at community events meetings workshops and forums
Build and maintain strong relationships with community leaders partners and beneficiaries
Promote FSF programs and services through presentations awareness sessions and outreach materials
Identify new partnership and collaboration opportunities
Establish MOUs with CBOs and NGOs
Collect feedback from the community to inform program improvement
Maintain accurate records of outreach activities and prepare reports
Coordinate with internal teams to align outreach efforts with organizational goals
Support campaigns advocacy initiatives and awareness drive as needed
Provide Career Guidance for Youth in terms of TVET education and job opportunities
Support in reviewing applications when needed
Who we are looking for (Desired Qualifications):
Diploma or . Degree in Education Business or any relevant field. 34 years of work experience in outreach education and TVET programs
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent in Arabic and English
Ability to work effectively with youth
Working outdoors and ongoing field visits
Strong coordination organization and follow-up skills
Data entry and basic reporting skills
