Modernization Sales Engineer
We Elevate ..... Your Responsibilities:
- Drive modernization sales growth for elevators and escalators within the assigned territory
- Develop and manage accounts (building owners consultants FM companies developers government entities)
- Monitor competitor activity market trends and modernization technologies.
- Identify modernization opportunities from the existing installed base (controllers machines doors cabins safety upgrades)
- Manage and coordinate the full sales cycle: lead generation site surveys technical clarifications proposals negotiations and contract closure
- Prepare and review technical and commercial proposals tenders and clarifications with Support of Engineering DEPT.
- Negotiate contract terms including payment milestones delivery schedules warranties and penalties.
- Support smooth handover from sales to operations and ensure scope clarity.
- Coordinate closely with engineering and operations for the Pull of the material.
- Maintain pipeline with regular update.
- Modernization order intake and revenue.
- Build customer strong relationship
Mobility needs you
We Elevate.... Your background:
- Bachelors degree degree inelectrical or mechanical Engineering.
- Minimum 45 years of experience in Sales and Modernization preferably in elevator or vertical transportation projects.
- Strong knowledge of elevator industry processes (installation commissioning moderni-zation).
- Strong communication and reporting abilities.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic
