Reports to: Student Experience Department
Job Purpose
Manage end-to-end scholarship processes ensuring alignment with university policies student experience objectives and approved scholarship regulations.
Key Responsibilities
-
Handle full scholarship cycle: application intake review evaluation nomination and approval.

Coordinate with Colleges and relevant Departments to define scholarship eligibility criteria and allocation needs.

Receive and review scholarship applications and ensure completeness of required documentation.

Conduct initial eligibility assessments and prepare cases for committee review.
-
Maintain scholarship records data and documentation on university systems.
-
Ensure compliance with university policies academic regulations and scholarship guidelines.
-
Prepare scholarship reports statistics and performance metrics.
-
Support student handover and ensure a positive and transparent scholarship experience.
Qualifications
-
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Education HR or a related field.
-
2 years of experience in scholarships administration or student affairs (preferably in universities).
-
Knowledge of academic regulations and scholarship policies.
-
Strong communication organizational and administrative skills.
