Position Name : Forecourt Attendant

Department : Retail Department

Job Objective :

To implement general forecourt operations and activities in company Service Station to ensure that all customers' fuel and automotive needs are met in an efficient and effective manner thereby ensuring customer satisfaction.

Key Accountabilities:

Forecourt Operations
General Housekeeping
Forecourt Promotional Activities
Policies Systems Processes and Procedures
Statements and Reports

Minimum Qualifications:

High School

Minimum Experience:

• 13 years in a similar profile across service station operations / Retail

Job Specific Skills:

• Communication skills to deal with customers.

• Basic arithmetic skills to make change / prepare shift reports.

• Customer service skills.

• Effective team player.

• Physically fit and active to move stock and perform cleaning tasks.

• Good knowledge of automotives
