Job Title: Carpenter Foreman

Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced and skilled Carpenter Foreman to lead and manage carpentry operations at project sites. The ideal candidate should possess strong technical carpentry skills the ability to assign tasks effectively and ensure accurate on-site measurements.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform high-quality carpentry work including cutting shaping and installation.
Supervise and allocate tasks to team members at the job site.
Take accurate measurements and ensure all work aligns with project specifications.
Monitor workflow and ensure timely completion of carpentry tasks.
Maintain safety standards and quality control throughout the project.

Requirements

Requirements:

Proven experience in carpentry preferably in a supervisory or foreman role.
Strong knowledge of construction tools materials and techniques.
Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings.
Excellent leadership and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and manage a team on-site.
