Exciting Job Opportunity For Meat Cutter To Work In Oman!!!
Responsibilities:
- Perform precise cutting and processing of various meats including beef lamb camel and chicken
- Execute deboning procedures with accuracy and efficiency
- Prepare high-quality processed meat products such as burgers kebabs kibbeh and similar items
- Maintain strict adherence to hygiene safety and food handling protocols
- Ensure consistent product quality and waste reduction throughout operations
- Collaborate with team members to meet production targets and operational demands
Requirements
- Proven experience in meat cutting and deboning in a professional setting
- Demonstrated experience in preparing processed meat products (e.g. burgers kebabs kibbeh)
- Minimum of 2 years of hands-on experience in a meat processing or related role
- Prior Gulf region work experience is mandatory
- Strong understanding of food safety hygiene and sanitation standards
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with physical stamina and attention to detail
- Willingness to reside on-site with provided accommodation and meal provisions
Required Skills:
