You will be responsible for:
- Respond to customer inquiries and bookings through various communication channels (e.g. phone email chat) in a prompt and professional manner.
- Provide accurate information about the companys services and products as well as policies procedures and pricing to customers.
- Process bookings and reservations accurately and efficiently within the companys reservation system.
- Monitor and manage the availability of rooms services and resources to ensure efficient booking processes.
- Collaborate with other departments to fulfill customer requests and ensure their satisfaction.
- Resolve any customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly.
- Work with the management team to develop and implement customer service strategies and initiatives.
- Participate in training and development programs to improve job skills and knowledge.
Requirements
- Proven experience in customer service or reservation management preferably in the hospitality or travel industry.
- Excellent negotiation and communication skills both verbal and written with the ability to effectively communicate with customers and team members.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.Knowledge of reservation management systems and software.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.Flexibility to work in shifts including weekends and holidays.
- Ability to handle customer complaints and resolve issues professionally and in a timely manner.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other relevant software applications.

The ideal candidate for this role should have: Bachelors degree in a relevant field or equivalent practical experience. Proven experience in quality assurance preferably in the hospitality industry. Excellent understanding of Stella Stays Standards and the ability to enforce them across different departments. Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to effectively collaborate with team members and stakeholders. Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities to identify areas of improvement and address them proactively. Demonstrated ability to handle challenging situations with professionalism and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction. Proficient in using various software applications like MS Office Suite Fluent in English and Arabic with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
