ملخص الوظيفة
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced F&B Supervisor to join our team in the historic city of AlUla Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our food and beverage operations you will play a crucial role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our guests while overseeing the daily operations of our outlets.
- Lead and supervise the daily operations of food and beverage outlets to ensure exceptional guest experiences and maintain high service standards
- Manage and motivate the F&B team including scheduling training and performance support to achieve service excellence
- Coordinate seamlessly with the kitchen and other departments to ensure smooth operations
- Monitor inventory levels maintain cleanliness and ensure compliance with safety and hygiene standards
- Handle guest inquiries feedback and complaints promptly and professionally
- Implement and maintain quality control measures for food and beverage service
- Assist in menu planning and pricing strategies to maximize revenue and guest satisfaction
- Promote and maintain awareness of the unique cultural and tourism aspects of AlUla in guest interactions
- Participate in special events and promotions to enhance the overall guest experience
- Ensure adherence to all company policies procedures and local regulations
Qualifications :
- Proven experience in F&B operations preferably in a supervisory role
- Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team
- Guest-oriented mindset with excellent customer service skills
- Demonstrated problem-solving ability and attention to detail
- Proficiency in managing team performance and handling high-pressure situations
- Thorough knowledge of food and beverage service standards and hygiene regulations
- Experience with inventory management systems and basic financial reporting
- Ability to work flexible hours including nights weekends and holidays
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is a plus
- Familiarity with local cuisine and cultural sensitivities is highly desirable
- Relevant degree in Hospitality Management or related field is preferred
