Sales:

Conduct outbound and inbound sales calls to potential customers effectively promoting our coaching programs.

Build rapport and establish relationships with potential customers through active listening and effective communication.

Guide clients through the sales process addressing their questions and concerns.

Meet sales targets and contribute to the companys growth.

Maintain accurate and uptodate records of all sales activities and customer interactions.

Provide regular reports on sales performance and pipeline status.

Social Media:

Manage and moderate the companys social media accounts (WhatsApp LinkedIn Facebook Instagram Twitter) to ensure a positive and engaging online presence.

Respond to comments messages and inquiries from followers providing timely and professional support.

Engage with our online community keeping them informed and engaged.

Events:

Represent the company at industryrelated events and conferences.

Engage with event attendees promote our coaching programs and generate leads.

Gather and review feedback from clients regarding our coaching programs services and customer experience.
