Position: Internal Communication Officer
Job Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement internal communication strategies to enhance employee engagement.
- Create and manage internal newsletters announcements and company updates.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure clear and effective communication.
- Organize internal events meetings and employee feedback sessions.
- Maintain internal communication channels including emails intranet and digital platforms.
- Support HR and management in delivering key company messages.
Requirements:
- Nationality: Saudi
- Education: Bachelors degree in Administration or a related field.
- Experience:2years in internal communication or corporate communications.
- Knowledge: Strong understanding of employee engagement strategies and communication tools.
- Location: Jeddah Saudi Arabia.
- Skills: Excellent writing presentation and interpersonal skills with attention to detail.
