I am currently leading a confidential search for a Chief Financial Officer (CFO) on behalf of the same semi-government development organization aligned with Saudi Vision 2030 based near Makkah.
This is a senior executive leadership role reporting directly to the CEO and Board with full responsibility for the organizations financial strategy governance and capital structure across major development initiatives.
Role highlights

Lead enterprise-wide financial strategy budgeting treasury and capital planning

Oversee governance compliance and financial risk management

Partner with CEO and Board on long-term growth investments and funding structures
