We are seeking a Senior Mechanical Engineer (PHFP) / Buildings to join our esteemed organisation in Riyadh Saudi this role you will lead the design and implementation of mechanical systems for building projects focusing on plumbing heating and fire protection (PHFP) systems.
- Design and oversee the implementation of mechanical systems for commercial and residential buildings
- Develop detailed plans and specifications for PHFP systems ensuring compliance with local building codes and regulations
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams including architects structural engineers and electrical engineers
- Manage project timelines budgets and resources to ensure timely delivery of highquality solutions
- Conduct site visits to assess existing systems and propose improvements or retrofits
- Perform energy analysis and recommend energyefficient solutions for building systems
- Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance to the team
- Liaise with clients contractors and regulatory bodies to ensure project success
- Stay abreast of industry trends and emerging technologies in building services engineering
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Mechanical Engineering; Masters degree preferred
- Professional Engineering (PE) certification or equivalent
- Minimum of 1012 years of experience in mechanical engineering specifically in building systems
- Proven track record in designing and implementing PHFP systems for largescale building projects
- Advanced knowledge of mechanical engineering principles and building services engineering
- Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Strong understanding of HVAC plumbing and fire protection systems
- Experience with energyefficient design and sustainable building practices
- Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with Saudi building codes and regulations
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative fastpaced environment
