As a Legal Specialist with Quant you will be responsible for providing expert advice and professional support on legal analysis legal documents and court matters and performing the daytoday legal work streams with timely and effective deliverables.
Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct legal research and summarizing research when requested so that relevant data and information is available in a timely and easytouse manner to facilitate resolving legal matters.
- Maintain an uptodate database of all relevant laws and regulations to provide a convenient source of reference to the organization.
- Handling renewal of corporate licenses and other authorizations.
- Give accurate and timely counsel to internal stakeholders.
- Compile proofread and revise drafts of legal documents such as contracts agreements etc.
- Assist with updating company contracts such as employment contracts service contracts etc.
- Handles the daytoday legal operations.
- Coordinating and preparing administrative reports as required.
- Liaise with law firms and partners to perform a variety of legal requirements of the company.
- Ensure implementation of legal compliance requirements as per government standards and laws.
- Performs other responsibilities associated with this position as may be appropriate.
Requirements
Education and Experience Requirements:
Bachelors degree in Law or a related field.
Proven experience in legal roles.
Preferred Personal Qualities:
- Strong analytical and research skills.
- Effective communication skills both written and verbal.
- Detailoriented with a focus on accuracy in legal documentation.
- Proficiency in English and Arabic.
Skills Required:
- Knowledge of legal processes including contract review legal research and document preparation.
- Strong understanding of legal practices relevant to tech companies.
- Familiarity with legal software and tools for research and documentation.
