Corrosion EXPAT
Job Requirements
Determine corrosion sectors from process flow diagrams. Assign corrosion circuits from P& IDs. Estimate corrosion rates for each piping corrosion circuit. Assign TMLs to corrosion circuits where the quantity and location will match the expected corrosion class. Review of corrosion rates greater than 5 MPY of equipment with remaining life less than twice the OSI interval. Review of process changes for impact on OSI Program and adjust the TMLs or intervals as required. Experience to perform CMP CCCI RBI ILI &Corrosion Coupons evaluations.
Selection Criteria
BS MS or PhD degree in Metallurgical Engineering Materials Science or Corrosion Science
