ملخص الوظيفة
- Prepare quotations for the Sales Department based on their requests.
- Maintain electronic records of customer quotations purchase orders and related transactions.
- Create orders in the SAP system and ensure that the prices and quantities match the quotations sent to the customer.
- Follow up with Production and Purchasing to ensure materials are available in stock.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales Production Purchasing and Logistics) to resolve all issues and ensure timely delivery of materials to customers.
- Inform Sales Engineers if a customers account is blocked due to exceeding the credit limit.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve any issues promptly and effectively.
- Respond promptly to customer / sales inquiries and process their requests.
- Monitor open sales orders daily ensuring no orders remain open without a valid reason.
- Coordinate with the Logistics Department to confirm the delivery of materials to customers as per the scheduled time.
Qualifications :
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Communications or related field preferred.
- Maximum of 2 years of experience in customer service or a related field.
- Proficient in SAP particularly in modules related to sales and customer relationship management.
- Advanced English language skills both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite especially Excel for data management.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fastpaced environment.
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.
