Our client is a pioneer provider of Engineering Design Construction Management Services Client Support Services and industrial systems. The company has over 3400 employees and is based in Saudi Arabia.
They are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:

They are currently looking for a Business Development Manager to be based in Riyadh Saudi Arabia.
Main Duties & Responsibilities:
- Develop business development strategies and market initiatives.
- Successfully cascade and implement the business development strategies and initiatives to the necessary levels.
- Provide expert industry business development guidance based on the current global regional and future market industry trends in primary and downstream industries.
- Research potential investors and competitors in order to identify new opportunities.
- Establish and maintain Client contacts and strengthen current business ties.
- Keep abreast of business development and market trends.
- Establish and maintain numerous contacts within and outside of the industry and follow up leads in a timely manner.
- Establish develop and manage a strong business development team to ensure that key objectives and targets are met.
- Train and mentor team members to develop their skills and expertise.
Qualification & Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Business Development Manager in the Buildings & Infrastructure sector in KSA.
- Experience working with an international firm.
- Must have affinity with the engineering/construction services domain.
- A good understanding of the B&I market and its dynamics and innovations.
- A proactive passionate and a driver of business grow
