Title:
Mechanical Rotating Supervisor- Allocate maintenance activities to various Technicians and assemble the team.
- Supervise all ongoing jobs and update the progress to Foreman.
- Organize manpower resources equipments and materials availability.
- Arrange necessary work permits before starting of work.
- Provide technical advice to Technicians to use proper tools and equipments.
- Coordinate with Operations Maintenance Planning and Technical departments to execute and complete the job.
- Ensure that SAP data input history and actual hours are maintained.
- Attend daily and weekly maintenance progress meetings.
- Maintain strict compliance with SATORP standards and guidelines.
- Conduct Toolbox talk before commencing work.
- Ensure the compliance of safe work practices hazardous work regulations and PPE usage according to SATORP standards.
- Encourage reporting of Near miss unsafe conditions and acts.
- Participates in Safety audits.
- Attend the Safety and Technical training as scheduled.
- Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent.
- Minimum 10 years experience as Supervisor in maintenance of Rotating equipments like Various types of Pumps & Compressors Steam and Gas turbines Gear boxes Conveyors fin fans Safety valves Alignment techniques etc.
- Well organized and proactive with excellent communication skills
- Proven leadership skills with large organizations
- Maturity of judgment under pressure and ability to resolve problems
- An ability to achieve business results working in a multicultural environment
