Job Description

  • Location: Hybrid

  • Experience: 4 5 Years

  • Certifications: Zoho CRM Certifications (e.g. Zoho CRM Administrator Zoho CRM Sales Representative) and recognized sales certifications (e.g. Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP)

  • Industry: App Marketing & Marketing Technology


Key Responsibilities

  • Sales Strategy & :

    • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed company revenue targets.

    • Identify new business opportunities and market segments to drive growth.

    • Collaborate with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional activities.

  • Lead Management:

    • Oversee the entire lead management process from acquisition to conversion.

    • Utilize Zoho CRM to track leads analyze data and optimize the sales funnel.

    • Ensure timely followup and nurturing of leads to maximize conversion rates.

  • PreSales Activities:

    • Conduct market research to understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

    • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

    • Coordinate with technical teams to develop customized solutions that meet client requirements.

  • Client Acquisition & Negotiation:

    • Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate solutions.

    • Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profits.

    • Maintain a deep understanding of the companys products and services to effectively communicate value propositions.

  • Collaboration & Reporting:

    • Work closely with the Client Relationship Director to ensure seamless transition of clients postsale.

    • Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and customer feedback to senior management.

    • Participate in industry events and conferences to represent the company and expand professional networks.


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Educational Background:

    • Bachelor s degree in Marketing Business Communications or a related field.

  • Professional Experience:

    • 4 5 years of experience in sales or business development preferably in digital marketing or app marketing.

    • Demonstrated success in managing the full sales cycle and consistently achieving or exceeding sales targets.

  • Certifications:

    • Zoho CRM Certifications such as Zoho CRM Administrator or Zoho CRM Sales Representative.

    • Recognized sales certifications such as Certified Professional Sales Person (CPSP) or Certified Inside Sales Professional (CISP).

  • Technical Proficiency:

    • Extensive experience with Zoho products particularly Zoho CRM.

    • Familiarity with digital marketing tools like Adjust WebEngage Google Analytics and Meta Ads Manager is a plus.

  • Skills:

    • Strong analytical and problemsolving abilities.

    • Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills.

    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fastpaced environment.

  • Industry Knowledge:

    • Understanding of the app marketing landscape and emerging trends.

  • Networking:

    • Established network of contacts within the industry.

  • Adaptability:

    • Ability to adapt sales strategies based on market conditions and client needs.
