We re looking for a seniorlevel Performance Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Riyadh. This is a handson role for someone who thrives on delivering results optimising ad performance and driving measurable business growth across digital platforms.

Responsibilities:

Plan execute and optimise fullfunnel paid marketing campaigns across platforms (Google Meta LinkedIn Snapchat YouTube etc..

Lead performance tracking A/B testing and campaign refinement.

Implement retargeting strategies and conversion optimisation techniques.

Generate performance reports and insights using tools like Google Analytics Looker Studio and Microsoft Clarity.

Collaborate with content design and account teams to ensure campaign success.

Take initiative across marketing areas as needed to support the project s overall success.

Requirements

Proven experience 3 years) in performance marketing with a strong track record in managing and scaling paid campaigns.
Solid command of major ad platforms and analytics tools.
Strategic and datadriven mindset with strong problemsolving skills.
Excellent communication and team collaboration abilities.
