ملخص الوظيفة

The Clinical Quality Coordinator plays an essential role in the coordination implementation and evaluation of quality improvement patient safety and process improvement throughout the project.  Under the direction of the Project Manager the Clinical Quality Coordinator assists with the management of quality measures for the project and compliance with regulatory internal International SOS policies and any other programs deemed essential for quality care and patient safety by project leadership. The Clinical Quality Coordinator works with the Program Management to improve patient engagement actively engages with the clinical leadership and staff to provide guidance and monitor workflow processes and assists with the development and implementation of strategies focused on quality improvement goals.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintains a safe workplace and complies with Safety Health Environmental and Quality requirements and goals.  
  • Facilitates activities related to quality and performance improvement programs in accordance with the requirements of International SOSs Quality Control Program in conjunction with the Program Manager (PM) and Quality Manager (QM). 
  • Assist Managers and Site Leadership in developing process improvements in support of International SOSs quality project plan and quality improvement plan in partnership with the PM and QM. 
  • Supports data reporting to outside agencies as requested by the Project Manager. 
  • Actively pursues and takes advantage of educational opportunities to further their knowledge of areas of responsibility or to become a more effective team member. 
  • Supports project leadership with training and development of clinical competencies and ensuring these are completed annually. 
  • Demonstrates respect and regard for the dignity of all patients families visitors and fellow employees to ensure a professional responsible and courteous environment. 
  • Actively participates in Mass Casualty exercises and events.  
  • Performance of other duties as assigned.

Qualifications :

Required Skills and Knowledge:

  • Minimum of two 2 years experience in a hospital/ambulatory setting. 
  • Experience in quality improvement and/or management in a hospital or ambulatory setting preferred. 
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Excel PowerPoint Word Outlook). 

Experience Preferred: 

  • Experience in expeditionary project environment on a military site working as a government subcontractor or prime contractor is preferred. 

Education Required: 

  • Graduate of an accredited nursing program BSN preferred. 
  • Obtain provided American Heart Association Basic Life Support (BLS) certification. 

Physical Demands: 

  • Frequent use of common office technology such as the computer telephone etc. 
  • Ability to lift carry and move up to 30 lbs. 

Other Special Qualifications: 

  • On call requirements as part of a rotation if required. 
  • Must be able to read write and speak English to effectively communicate. 
  • Knowledge of process improvement tools and methods.  
  • Ability to become an active and functioning member of a team. 
  • This position is unaccompanied. 
  • Ability to obtain a base security clearance. 
  • Must be able to relocate to Doha Qatar. 
  • A valid passport in Country of Record is required and must be in your possession prior to relocation. You must maintain a current passport during your stay in Qatar. 

Additional Information :

Pay range is based on several factors and may vary in addition to a full range of medical financial and/or other benefits. Final salary and offer will be determined by the applicants background experience skills internal equity and alignment with geographical market data.
