Minimum 10 years experience in relevant position and field experience is an advantage.
A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/ Material Science or its equivalent.
Should be responsible for managing and establishing NDT Procedures methods techniques and calibration processes and systems particularly in relation to material & weld integrity.
Ensuring that the job is completed in accordance with the client & class requirements.
Develop and approve NDT procedures plan written practices and NDT techniques.
Interpret codes standards specifications and Customer requirements related to NDT inspection to meet project compliance.
Manage the NonDestructive Testing (NDT) program in the yard to ensure that NDT Supervisors/Technician evaluate the quality of material components and systems correctly.
Ensuring timely review and errorless reports submission.
Train and mentor Level II Supervisors / Technicians in current methods and new technology.
Perform site assessments and NDT audits. 8. Monitor and report the repair rate for each project
Adhere to all health & safety protocols participate in wellbeing & wellness programs and promptly report any concerns regarding the wellbeing of oneself & others in order to foster a culture of best practice.

Requirements

Minimum 10 years experience in relevant position and field experience is an advantage.
A Degree or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Electrical Engineering/ Material Science or its equivalent.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in maintenance works for static and rotary equipment s. Minimum qualification: ITI certification in Mechanical or a related field. Strong technical and supervisory skills. Ability to work in compliance with projects, systems, requirements, and timelines. Prior GCC/ O&M experience will be an advantage. Ability to manage a team of 15 persons, assigning tasks, monitoring, and controlling site activities, and uploading reports as guided by the engineer.
