Executive Business Operations Officer Office of the CEO

Position Overview:
The Executive Business Operations Officer Office of the CEO is an entrylevel executive leadership role designed for ambitious MBA graduates seeking handson experience in business strategy operations and organizational leadership. This role provides direct exposure to the universitys executive decisionmaking processes and collaborates closely with senior leadership across key functions including Student Affairs Academic Affairs Finance Administration and Campus Operations.
Reporting directly to the CEO the Business Operations Officer will support highimpact initiatives drive operational efficiencies and gain leadership experience through structured departmental rotations. This role is ideal for individuals looking to develop critical executive skills strategic insight and a comprehensive understanding of higher education administration.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategic & Operational Support:
- Assist the CEO in executing key strategic initiatives and ensuring departmental alignment.
- Conduct research data analysis and market assessments to support highlevel decisionmaking.
- Identify and implement operational efficiencies across university functions.
- Leadership Development & CrossFunctional Engagement:
- Work closely with senior leadership (Vice Presidents and Directors) to gain handson experience in university management and operations.
- Participate in structured rotations across key departments to develop a wellrounded leadership perspective.
- Lead and contribute to special projects that enhance institutional growth and operational effectiveness.
Stakeholder Engagement & Executive Communication:
- Prepare executivelevel reports presentations and strategic recommendations for the CEO.
- Serve as a liaison between the CEOs office and internal/external stakeholders ensuring clear communication and followthrough on key initiatives.
- Represent the CEOs office in highlevel meetings negotiations and institutional events.
Qualifications & Key Competencies:
- Masters degree in Business Administration (MBA) required (recent graduates preferred).
- Strong analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
- Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities with confidence in engaging senior leadership.
- Ability to learn quickly adapt to changing priorities and thrive in a fastpaced executive environment.
- Demonstrated interest in business strategy organizational leadership and higher education administration.
