Were looking for a front office agent intern for internship.
- Welcome guests upon arrival facilitate efficient checkin processes provide room keys and ensure accurate and timely checkout procedures.
- Address guest inquiries concerns and requests promptly and professionally offering information about hotel services local attractions and amenities.
- Handle and resolve guest issues complaints or challenges finding effective and timely solutions to enhance overall satisfaction.
- Serve as a communication hub between guests and various hotel departments ensuring smooth coordination of services and maintaining accurate records of guest interactions.
Qualifications :
- Educational background and/or experience in hospitality.
- Strong hosting expertise combined with an unwavering commitment to quality and service excellence
- A naturally open and communicative personality.
- A teamoriented mindset combined with the willingness to provide support across various departments
