Job Description & Summary

PwC ETIC is seeking an experienced Cloud Solution Architect with a strong focus on multicloud environments and deep expertise in DevOps practices. The ideal candidate will lead and drive DevOps maturity assessments adoption journeys and the implementation of bestinclass CI/CD/CT/CM frameworks. You will also play a critical role in ensuring the success of our cloud solutions through a seamless blend of automation security and monitoring.

Key Responsibilities:

DevOps Maturity Assessment & Strategy:

Lead and execute comprehensive DevOps maturity assessments for clients to identify current state gaps and areas for improvement.
Develop and drive tailored DevOps transformation roadmaps emphasizing continuous integration (CI) continuous delivery (CD) continuous testing (CT) and configuration management (CM).
Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to ensure alignment on DevOps goals and practices.

DevOps Adoption & Leadership:

Oversee the implementation of CI/CD pipelines across multiple cloud environments ensuring scalability automation and high performance.
Lead efforts to improve continuous monitoring and observability frameworks ensuring robust monitoring solutions for cloud infrastructure and applications.
Promote and drive best practices around automation testing monitoring and security in DevOps pipelines.

Cloud Architecture & Strategy:

Architect and design cloudnative and multicloud solutions with a strong focus on automation and security.
Ensure all cloud solutions align with industry best practices and regulatory requirements especially in highly regulated sectors such as financial services.
Collaborate with security teams to integrate DevSecOps practices ensuring security is embedded in the DevOps processes.
Provide technical leadership in adopting multicloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure GCP) and tools ensuring the right solutions are implemented for specific use cases.

Technical Leadership & Collaboration:

Serve as a trusted advisor to customers on cloud and DevOpsrelated topics presenting recommendations roadmaps and solutions.
Work closely with other architects developers and engineers to design scalable and resilient cloud architectures.
Collaborate with QA development and operational teams to streamline release processes improve code quality and enhance system performance.

Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

Stay updated on emerging trends in cloud technologies DevOps tools and automation frameworks and ensure their adoption in relevant areas.
Promote a culture of continuous improvement by identifying opportunities to optimize workflows reduce manual processes and enhance team productivity.

Qualifications:

Experience:
- 10 years of experience in Cloud Architecture and DevOps with handson experience across multicloud platforms (AWS Azure GCP).
- Proven track record in conducting DevOps maturity assessments and implementing DevOps transformations (CI/CD/CT/CM).
- Extensive experience in testing monitoring and automation within a DevOps environment.
- Experience in the FinTech or banking sector either as a DevOps Lead or exconsultant.
Technical Skills:
- Strong expertise in CI/CD tools (e.g. Jenkins GitLab CircleCI).
- Handson experience with containerization technologies (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
- Indepth knowledge of infrastructureascode (IaC) tools (e.g. Terraform CloudFormation).
- Strong understanding of cloud security practices and DevSecOps.
- Experience in implementing robust monitoring and observability solutions (e.g. Prometheus Grafana Datadog New Relic).
Soft Skills:
- Exceptional problemsolving and criticalthinking abilities.
- Strong communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced highly collaborative environment.
