Responsibilities:
- Receive and review the customs certificate which consists of basic documents and subdocuments To proceed in the customs certificate.
- Submit the receipt to the customer with all the documents received to follow the shipment release process and confirmed files received.
- Register the rest of the data on the system.
- Receiving requests of the original copy to the customs certificate from customers to deliver it to the employee responsible for extracting the original copy and delivering it to the customer To facilitate the procedures for customers to obtain the required approvals.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor degree.
- Ismailia Resident is a MUST.
- Very good oral communication skills in terms of dealing with different type of personality.
- Dealing with difficult people details oriented organized followup skills
- Average command English language.
- Average command of MS office
Required Experience:
Junior IC
