- Youll develop a strategic training plan that aligns with business goals and addresses skill gaps.
- Youll design and deliver impactful training programs to achieve organizational goals.
- Youll drive company culture.
- Youll ensure delivery of an effective onboarding program to support the retention of new talent and encourage a smooth transition into the business.
- Youll conduct training needs analysis and develop the employee development plan.
- Youll set up onthejob training system handle placement and scheduling of trainees monitor and supervise their performance.
- Youll manage the training budget effectively ensure costeffective solutions without compromising the quality of programs.
- Youll administer all training records ensure efficient records keeping and filing system.

- Youve a proven track record in training leadership role for at least 5 years.
- Youve excellent skills in English.
- Youve strong communication and presentation skills.
- Youre creative proactive confident in working with other teams and leaders.
- Youre detailedoriented and have a strong sense of responsibility.
- Youre familiar with talent management and performance appraisal processes.
