Role Scope:
Oversee performance and operations for Multiple branches with a district.
Ensuring seamless fulfillment processes across different locations which include different retailers.
Work closely with the store supervisor to evaluate develop and ensure that all fulfillment processes (within the store) and workflow is being followed.
Supervise the shopper process of daily orders.
Supervise the full process of picking of orders to segregation & packing
monitoring work schedules for the shoppers
Supervises the team in processing orders and resolving customer complaints (regarding wrong picking)
Monitor operational policies and procedures to ensure the most efficient and effective processing of delivery orders; control of damages errors and mispicks; and excellence in customer service levels
Assist in coaching and training new employees (store supervisor)
Ensure adherence of the shoppers to the agreed upon processes and policies
What Did We Order
34 years previous job experience in order fulfillment and management of pickers
12 year Experience of operations within a grocery stores
Well organized able to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment.
