We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Export Control Compliance Officer to join our team in North this role you will play a key part in ensuring compliance with export control regulations while supporting business growth in the region.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide strategic export control insights into current and future business opportunities.
Identify and mitigate potential risks by implementing effective compliance measures.
Lead the implementation of regional and local export control processes.
Conduct risk assessments and ensure effective risk management for the region or country.
Establish and maintain necessary controls and audits to ensure regulatory compliance.
Deploy global standards and guidelines in export controls and sanctions law at the regional level.
Draft and develop national and regional policies related to export control compliance.
Collaborate with a global network of regional and national Export Control Officers.
Engage in knowledge sharing with experts in a multicultural environment.
Qualifications :
Education: Completed university studies in Business Administration Business Law or a comparable field.
Experience and Knowledge: Several years of relevant work experience in export controls sanctions compliance and foreign trade. Strong knowledge of sanctions and export control laws as well as industry best practices.
Personality and Working Style: Proactive engaged and willing to collaborate in a fastchanging international environment. Strong communication skills a convincing personality and the ability to remain resilient and composed under pressure.
Languages: Businessfluent in written and spoken English
