Role Description
This is a fulltime onsite role for a Customer Service Representative at RAYA CXs location in Qesm 1st 6 October. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for providing customer service technical support and global services to clients across various industries on a daytoday basis.
Qualifications
- Customer Service Representatives Customer Support and Customer Satisfaction skills
- Customer Service and Customer Experience abilities
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills
- Ability to multitask and work in a fastpaced environment
- Experience in handling customer inquiries and resolving issues
- Good computer skills and familiarity with CRM systems
- Previous experience in a similar role is a plus
- High school diploma or equivalent required; additional education is a bonus
