Yassiris the leading super App in the Maghreb region set to changing the way daily services are provided. It currently operates in45 cities across Algeria Morocco and Tunisia with recent expansions into France Canada and SubSaharan Africa. It is backed $200M in funding) by VCs from Silicon Valley Europe and other parts of the world.
We offer ondemand services such as ridehailing and lastmile delivery. Building on this infrastructure we are now introducing financial services to help our users pay save and borrow digitally.

About Your Role:

    • Provide administrative support to employees and coordinate exchanges with the various supports (HR finance legal etc.
    • Ensure the interface with all internal and external interlocutors.
    • Ensure the administration and assist the teams in the accomplishment of their daily tasks.
    • Assist in HR daily operations.
    • Actively participate in internal communication within the company.
    • Manage the organization of events and trainings and ensure their good unfolding.
    • Ensure the management of supplies of material resources and supplies of desk.
    • Organize the logistics of meetings business trips and missions (reservation of the venue maintenance of the list of participants etc.
    • Write distribute classify and archive various documents (report minutes note of service contract mail
    • Provide friendly support to employees.
    • Assist with payroll variables benefits administration and regulatory compliance.

Requirments

    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in HR administration.
    • Bachelors degree in HR Management or Business Administration.
    • Familiarity with HRIS (e.g. BambooHR) is a plus!
    • Strong problemsolving skills and attention to detail.
    • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to work effectively within a team.
