Description

As a Business Development Manager in Esaal you will play a critical role in driving growth forging strategic partnerships and expanding our market presence. This position requires a proactive entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment.

Job Description:

  • Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify new market trends and opportunities
  • Develop and implement business development strategies aligned with the companys goals.
  • Create business plans and initiatives to target potential clients and markets.
  • Identify and establish relationships with potential partners clients and stakeholders.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to facilitate collaborations and partnerships.
  • Drive sales initiatives to achieve revenue targets.
  • Lead presentations and pitches to potential clients and partners.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to develop and execute business development strategies and initiatives
  • Monitor partnership performance and develop strategies to optimize outcomes and revenue generation and prepare reports and presentations for stakeholders to communicate progress and results
  • Represent the company at industry events conferences and networking opportunities and build a robust network within the industry to enhance visibility and opportunities.


Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in business administration marketing or related field
  • 68 years of experience in business development partnership management or a related role preferably within the insurance industry
  • Strong network and relationships with key stakeholders in the health and insurance industries
  • Excellent negotiation skills and ability to close deals successfully
  • Strategic thinker with a deep understanding of market trends and business dynamics
  • Exceptional communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively in crossfunctional teams
  • Selfmotivated and resultsdriven with a strong entrepreneurial spirit
