About the Role
As a GermanSpeaking Call Centre Agent you will be responsible for handling customer inquiries providing accurate information and resolving issues efficiently. This role requires excellent communication skills problemsolving abilities and the ability to work in a fastpaced customer service environment. You will be expected to manage calls emails and chats while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions via phone email and chat.
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers.
- Resolve customer complaints and inquiries in a professional manner.
- Follow company policies and guidelines to ensure quality service.
- Maintain confidentiality and data security in all customer interactions.
Requirements
- Fluent in German (written and spoken)(B2 C1
- High school qualification or equivalent.
- Minimum 1 year of call centre experience.
- 6 months of international exposure (advantageous).
- Ability to work rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment.
- Comfortable handling sensitive or explicit content when required.
- Strong computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
