- Lead structured performance cycles and ongoing progress tracking
- Define KPIs and collaborate with team leads to align on expectations
- Guide managers in coaching and performance growth conversations
- Review feedback and flag opportunities for development or intervention
Team Coordination & Accountability
- Oversee and structure weekly checkins and key team rituals
- Ensure followthrough on decisions and deliverables
- Monitor engagement and highlight any gaps in contribution or clarity
- Align performance expectations across different contract types
Strategic Talent Planning
- Define hiring needs and oversee the recruitment strategy
- Approve job scopes and align recruitment efforts with business goals
- Focus on projectbased technical hiring and trainer sourcing for programs
- Collaborate with the junior assistant for coordination and admin support on recruitment logistics
Culture & Engagement
- Guide initiatives that support a strong positive and collaborative remote culture
- Maintain systems for feedback recognition and teamwide communication flow
- Support the leadership team in building a hightrust highperformance environment
Learning & Development
- Define learning priorities and growth tracks for the team
- Recommend and coordinate relevant development programs (with assistants support)
- Encourage knowledgesharing and ongoing skillbuilding across roles
Qualifications :
- 3 years in senior HR or People Partner roles (remote experience preferred)
- Solid expertise in performance management people development and recruitment strategy
- Experience working with freelancers parttime and projectbased teams
- Strong communication and leadership presence
- Fluent in English
- Comfortable working with a junior support role handling adminlevel
- Available for fixed hours daily (e.g. 34 hours/day)
- Confident using remote tools (TeamsPlanner Microsoft 365 etc.
