Responsibilities

Analyze IT Needs: Evaluate the IT requirements of the organization.

Vendor Management: Research and identify potential vendors and suppliers.

Contract Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with suppliers.

Quality Assurance: Ensure that procured items are delivered on time and meet the specified quality standards.

Relationship Management: Maintain and manage relationships with suppliers and vendors.

Inventory Management: Manage inventory of IT resources and ensure they are updated as necessary.

Collaboration: Collaborate with IT teams to ensure software and hardware needs are met.

Record Keeping: Maintain records of purchases contracts and invoices.

Market Research: Stay current with the latest IT trends and advancements to make informed purchasing decisions.

Issue Resolution: Handle any issues or problems that arise with orders or suppliers.

Compliance: Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures in all procurement activities.



Requirements

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor s degree in Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.

Experience: Proven experience in IT procurement or a similar role.

Skills: Strong negotiation and contract management skills excellent communication and interpersonal abilities proficiency in procurement software and Microsoft Office Suite analytical thinking and problemsolving skills.

Certifications: Relevant certifications in procurement or supply chain management are a plus.

Desired Skills

Knowledge of IT products and services.

Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
