Duties and Responsibilities:
Required
Desirable criteria
It would be good if applicants have:
- Collaborate with the design team to develop concepts and designs for print and digital media including brochures websites social media graphics email campaigns and more.
- Assist in the creation of designs that are visually appealing and effective in communicating information to target audience.
- Modify and revise existing designs to meet the business needs or to improve design quality.
- Research and stay uptodate on design trends and best practices to ensure that our designs are innovative and effective.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
Required
- BSC degree in Fine or Applied Arts or a related subject.
- Minimum 12 years design experience in both agency and inhouse studios.
- A strong portfolio showcasing design skills and projects.
- Knowledge of design trends and principles.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and details.
- A meticulous eye for detail and a commitment to delivering work of the highest quality.
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop and InDesign
- Familiarity Presentation software and presentation design/animation concepts (such as PowerPoint).
Desirable criteria
It would be good if applicants have:
- Previous experience in an arts or nonforprofit organization or experience with artsrelated clients.
- Demonstrated interest in art.
- The ability to work flexibly to meet peak demand when required.
- Can operate independently or with minimum supervision.
- Excellent Written and Communication Skills.
