1EM0903 Functional Safety Engineer
For one of our leading projects we are lookingfor a Function Safety Software Engineer for automotive applications. He/ She will be responsible for the defining developing and testing of the software safety mechanisms for a safetycritical application (ASILD system).
Our Customer is a leading Tier1 who is leading the development of a highly advanced safety application with different leading OEMs. Based on this our customer is building his system/software team to work on the development of his complete product offering.
Role Description:
You will be part of the team responsible to deliver the following responsibilities:
- Softwaredevelopment according to ISO26262 and ASPICE quality process.
- Analysisand clarify the Technical Safety Concept with stakeholder.
- Derivingof the Software Safety Requirements from the following stakeholdersRequirements:
oTechnicalSafety Concept (TSC)
oSafetyManuals (SOC Safety Manual MICROSAR Safety Manual etc..
- ExecuteSafety Analysis FMEA and DFA.
- SupportProcess Adaption to Safety Methods and Measures identified by ISO26262.
- Supportfor implementation and testing in the areas of requirement analysisarchitecture integration and software analysis according to ISO 26262.
- Supportsoftware testing verification and validation assistance in troubleshootingand corrective action.
- Documentationof development activities close cooperation and steady alignment with theparallel development team in Germany.
- Closeinternational cooperation with other departments customers and projects.
Qualifications and Education Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in computer scienceSystem/Software Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in the relevant scope of activities.
- Good knowledge of classic AUTOSAR architecture and basic modules integration.
- Good Knowledge in the conception and design of safety embedded systems according to ISO 26262 in AUTOSAR basic and application software.
- Deep knowledge with a proven experience in AUTOSAR system Stack configuration and integration.
- Good knowledge of AUTOSAR communication stack configuration and integration specially E2E.
- Deep Knowledge in AUTOMOTIVE ECU Management.
- Knowledge in AUTOSAR Time synchronization.
- Deep knowledge of AUTOSAR MCAL layer.
- Knowledge of different Testing environments (PIL HIL).
- Good knowledge of embedded software development and C language.
- Good Knowledge of ASPICE process and ISO 26262 processes.
- Basic knowledge of agile methods (Scrum SAFe etc..
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Preferred Skills:
- AUTOSAR configuration tools i.e. Elektrobit Tresos Vector Davinci.
- Programming languages: C Python Language.
- Version management tools Git
- QAC Helix CTC TPT
- Bus Simulation tools i.e. CANoe CANalyzer CANpe INCA
- Entrepreneurial thinking and acting
- Intercultural mindset
- Selfmanagement
