A Bahrainbased branding and design agency that combine deep regional knowledge with strategic expertise to provide a comprehensive range of services like branding marketing and advertising. They are currently looking for Business Development Executive to be based in Bahrain

Duties & Responsibilities:
Lead Generation and Client Acquisition:
  • Conduct market research to identify potential clients and target industries.
  • Develop a comprehensive understanding of our services and offerings.
  • Proactively seek out and engage with potential clients through various channels.
  • Attend industry events conferences and networking opportunities to generate leads.
Client Relationship Management
  • Establish and nurture strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
  • Understand client needs and objectives to provide tailored solutions.
  • Act as a trusted advisor to clients offering insights and recommendations.
  • Ensure client satisfaction and address any concerns or issues promptly.
Sales & Marketing Strategies
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective campaigns and promotional materials.
  • Develop sales strategies to meet or exceed revenue targets.
  • Track and analyze market trends competitor activities and customer feedback.
  • Continuously improve sales processes and techniques to maximize efficiency.
  • Keep abreast of industry trends emerging technologies and market developments.
  • Attend relevant workshops seminars and training sessions to enhance knowledge and skills.
  • Share industry insights and knowledge with the team to foster a culture of continuous learning.
Internal Teams:
  • Work closely with the design and creative teams to develop compelling proposals and presentations.
  • Coordinate with project managers to ensure smooth project delivery.
  • Provide feedback and insights from clients to internal teams for continuous improvement.

Qualification & Requirements:
  • Bachelors degree in communications Marketing Business New Media or Public Relations.
  • Proven experience working in Business Development with creative agencies/advertising agencies/printing presses/designing firms.
  • Strong understanding of branding and design principles and their application in business.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Proactive and selfmotivated with a resultsoriented mindset.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasive abilities.
  • Willingness to travel as required.
  • Must speak both Arabic & English languages.
