Job Summary
The Leasing & Recovery Executive is responsible for managing the end-to-end leasing cycle — from identifying potential tenants coordinating lease agreements overseeing rent collection and managing unit handovers and terminations. The role ensures smooth tenant operations strong tenant relationships and effective leasing performance across all assigned properties.
Key Responsibilities
Leasing & Tenant Management
Develop leasing plans aligned with departmental goals and strategic directions.
Identify and secure potential tenants converting leads into confirmed lease agreements.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing tenants to ensure satisfaction and retention.
Operational Coordination
Coordinate with internal departments to fulfill tenant needs including application processing unit handovers maintenance requests service calls and termination procedures.
Conduct periodic site visits to ensure tenant compliance with operational standards policies and procedures.
Follow up on rent payments outstanding balances and other financial obligations as part of the recovery function.
Reporting & Performance
Prepare and submit periodic reports on leasing activities occupancy levels tenant performance and collections.
Support initiatives to improve occupancy rates reduce tenant turnover and enhance tenant experience.
Contribute innovative ideas to enhance retail unit usage common areas and overall property value.
Other Duties
Achieve occupancy targets and ensure timely response to tenant requests.
Support marketing and business development efforts to attract new tenants and create additional revenue streams.
Perform any additional duties related to leasing and tenant coordination as assigned.
