We are seeking a highly skilled FP&A Inventory Finance Business Partner to ensure the accuracy efficiency and strategic management of inventory operations within the FP&A department. This role is critical in aligning inventory processes with financial planning goals and company objectives delivering actionable insights that drive business decisions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Analyze inventory data to provide actionable insights and forecasts supporting FP&A objectives.
  • Conduct regular audits to ensure inventory accuracy and compliance with company standards.
  • Integrate inventory metrics into financial reports analysis and budgets.
  • Monitor and report on key inventory KPIs (e.g. turnover rates aging stock stock valuation).
  • Investigate inventory discrepancies identify root causes and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and enforce inventory control policies and procedures to optimize stock management.
  • Utilize technology and tools to enhance inventory management efficiency.
  • Collaborate with procurement sales operations and logistics teams to ensure seamless inventory flow.

Requirements:

  • Certified Public Accountant (CPA) with Big 4 firms experience Mandatory.
  • Bachelors degree in Finance Business Administration Supply Chain Management or a related field.
  • 35 years of experience in inventory control supply chain or a related area.
  • Preference for experience with Oracle Fusion ERP.
  • Proficiency in inventory management systems and advanced Excel skills.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Knowledge of FP&A processes and their relation to inventory management is a plus.
