Summary
Were looking for an energetic and detail-oriented Influencer & Affiliate Marketing Specialist to drive our creator collaborations and affiliate initiatives.
The ideal candidate is someone who understands influencer culture enjoys building professional relationships and can manage campaigns with a clear performance mindset.
This is a remote part-time contractual role with the possibility of evolution based on performance and business needs.
Key Responsibilities
Influencer Marketing
- Identify qualify and recruit influencers content creators and micro-creators in Lebanon and the region.
- Manage the outreach process: contacting creators sharing briefs negotiating collaborations and closing deals.
- Coordinate product gifting content schedules deliverables and deadlines.
- Track influencer performance (reach engagement clicks conversions) using codes and analytics tools.
- Maintain an organized database of creators rates performance and collaboration history.
- Support the creation of campaign briefs for content creation.
Affiliate Marketing
- Assist in launching and managing our affiliate program.
- Recruit new affiliates who fit our brand (bloggers creators wellness professionals etc.).
- Set up tracking links coupon codes and performance dashboards.
- Monitor affiliate activity to ensure proper tracking and clean data.
- Generate monthly affiliate performance reports and insights.
General Marketing Support
- Collaborate with the marketing team on campaigns and promotions.
- Support content ideas for Instagram and TikTok where relevant to influencer workflows.
- Help optimize the overall creator and affiliate funnel to improve ROI.
Qualifications :
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in influencer marketing creator management affiliate marketing or digital marketing.
- Experience with performance tracking and campaign reporting.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills.
- Comfortable reaching out to influencers and closing collaborations.
- Organized detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks at once.
- Basic understanding of analytics platforms (Google Analytics Shopify analytics or similar).
- Basic understanding of UGC-style content creation and creator briefs.
- Familiarity with Instagram TikTok and social trends in Lebanon.
- Interest in wellness fitness healthy foods or personal care is a plus.
