Were seeking an entrepreneurial Product Manager to own and drive our cross-border commerce products focusing on expanding our Global Store presence and exports program while optimizing business performance and customer experience across regions.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy & Execution:
Own the product vision strategy and roadmap for cross-border commerce initiatives
Drive product development from conception to launch including Global Store expansion and exports
Define and prioritize product requirements through data-driven decision making
Lead agile development processes with engineering and design teams
Business & Financial Management:
Develop business cases and financial models for new market opportunities
Own P&L metrics for cross-border products and initiatives
Drive revenue growth and profitability through product optimization
Create and monitor key business metrics and financial performance indicators
E-commerce & Customer Experience:
Design and optimize end-to-end customer journeys for international shoppers
Lead localization efforts including payment methods pricing strategies and user interfaces
Analyze customer behavior data to identify opportunities and optimize conversion
Partner with UX teams to create seamless shopping experiences
Cross-functional Leadership:
Work with Tech Business Finance Operations and regional teams
Collaborate with logistics partners on international shipping solutions
Ensure compliance with regional regulations while maintaining product vision
Analytics & Data-Driven Decision Making:
Leverage data analytics to drive product decisions and prioritization
Conduct market analysis and competitive research
Design and analyze A/B tests to optimize product performance
Create and monitor dashboards for key metrics
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with marketplace or retail platforms
Strong understanding of international payment systems and financial regulations
Background in growth product management
Experience with machine learning and automation initiatives
Proficiency in multiple languages
Technical Skills:
SQL and data analysis tools (e.g. Python R)
Business intelligence platforms (e.g. Tableau Looker)
Product analytics tools (e.g. Amplitude Mixpanel)
Financial modeling and analysis
A/B testing frameworks
- 5 years of product or program management product marketing business development or technology experience
- Bachelors degree or equivalent
- Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition
- Experience with end to end product delivery
- Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product
- Experience as a product manager or owner
- Experience owning technology products
- Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights
- Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders
