Lead with Vision as Our High School Principal
Imagine a school where students are inspired to achieve their fullest potential teachers are empowered to innovate and every day brings opportunities to shape the future. As our High School Principal you will lead a vibrant learning community guiding staff and students toward excellence and preparing young people for success beyond graduation.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide strategic leadership and oversee daily operations of the High School with clarity and vision
- Foster a safe inclusive and academically rigorous environment that empowers students to thrive
- Support and mentor teachers to strengthen instructional practices and ensure high standards across all subjects
- Build strong relationships with students families and staff to cultivate trust and shared purpose
- Lead strategic planning professional development and school improvement initiatives aligned with AUSs mission
- Ensure compliance with accreditation standards and uphold the values of our school community
- Masters degree in Education Educational Leadership or a related field
- Proven experience in high school leadership and administration
- Strong knowledge of American curriculum and international school practices
- Passion for empowering students and fostering teacher growth
