We are seeking an experienced Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional Consultant with expertise in Oracle Time and Labor (OTL). The ideal candidate will be responsible for the design implementation configuration and support of OTL functionalities within the Oracle HCM Cloud suite. This role requires a solid understanding of both functional business processes and technical capabilities.
Qualifications:
- 2 years of experience as an Oracle HCM Cloud techno-functional consultant with a strong focus on Time and Labor.
- Hands-on experience in OTL configurations fast formulas schedules and rule creation. (Writing OTL fast formulas is a must.)
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot technical and functional issues.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Oracle certification in HCM Cloud or OTL is a plus.
Responsibilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Gather business requirements and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
- Configure and implement Oracle Fusion Time and Labor modules based on client needs.
- Design and develop solutions including writing OTL fast formulas.
- Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) defect resolution and deployment activities.
- Provide ongoing production support and enhancements.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams including Payroll Absence Management and project teams.
- Develop and maintain technical documentation and user guides.
