Key Accountabilities
Oversee overall company performance and daily operations
Develop business plans that align with Board objectives
Build and guide a strong leadership team
Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards
Shape a high-performance values-driven culture
Lead teams toward achieving long-term strategic goals
Duties & Responsibilities
Implement QHSE policies and ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards
Lead risk assessments safety compliance and incident reporting
Partner with the CEO on strategic plans and financial projections
Lead annual budgeting and monitor financial performance
Align internal policies with Group standards and review yearly
Submit quarterly business performance reports
Identify new revenue opportunities and promote the company externally
Ensure compliance with HR and corporate governance requirements
Drive long-term strategic planning and policy execution
Maintain strong collaboration across SBUs and BSUs
Oversee departmental heads and manage organizational risks
Perform additional duties as needed
