Job Summary

Job Purpose

Drive the company’s strategic objectives by leading annual business planning ensuring operational excellence and implementing policies across all business units.

Authorities

  • Set and execute strategic plans aligned with the organization’s mission

  • Lead crisis management and corrective actions

  • Develop budgets and business plans

  • Determine staffing needs and ensure operational efficiency

Key Accountabilities

  • Oversee overall company performance and daily operations

  • Develop business plans that align with Board objectives

  • Build and guide a strong leadership team

  • Ensure compliance with internal policies and legal standards

  • Shape a high-performance values-driven culture

  • Lead teams toward achieving long-term strategic goals

Duties & Responsibilities

  • Implement QHSE policies and ensure adherence to ISO 9001:2015 standards

  • Lead risk assessments safety compliance and incident reporting

  • Partner with the CEO on strategic plans and financial projections

  • Lead annual budgeting and monitor financial performance

  • Align internal policies with Group standards and review yearly

  • Submit quarterly business performance reports

  • Identify new revenue opportunities and promote the company externally

  • Ensure compliance with HR and corporate governance requirements

  • Drive long-term strategic planning and policy execution

  • Maintain strong collaboration across SBUs and BSUs

  • Oversee departmental heads and manage organizational risks

  • Perform additional duties as needed

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Business Administration or related field

Experience

  • 15 years in a competitive market

  • 6 years in a senior managerial role
