Summary and Role Information

We are seeking a motivated student (full-time or part-time) who is passionate about creating impactful high-quality PowerPoint this role you will support our Consulting team by enhancing customer-facing presentations in line with SAPs brand and quality standards strengthening our internal library of PowerPoint templates and maintaining/updating our PowerPoint Style Guide.

This position is a great opportunity for students who want to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic international environmentwhile actively contributing to the success of our consulting teams and customer engagements.

Expectations and Tasks

As a student in this role you will be responsible for:

• Presentation Improvement: Collaborate with team members to improve customer-facing presentations ensuring high visual quality consistency and alignment with SAP branding and messaging standards.
• Template Development: Support the enhancement structuring and ongoing maintenance of our internal PowerPoint template library to ensure it is intuitive well-organized and easy to reuse across the team.
• Style Guide Updates: Take ownership in updating our PowerPoint Style Guide to reflect current best practices (e.g. layout typography chart styling storytelling) ensuring consistent standards across deliverables.
• Business Support: Provide additional support to consultants contributing to day-to-day operational tasks and improving team efficiency where needed.

Education and Qualifications

• Currently enrolled in a university program (e.g. Business Marketing Communications Design or a related field).
• Strong proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint; experience with additional design tools (e.g. Adobe Figma) is a plus.
• Excellent attention to detail and a strong sense for visual design layout and presentation aesthetics.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
• Proactive reliable efficient and eager to learncomfortable taking ownership and working independently when required.
