Position overview:
We are seeking an Inventory Controller to join our logistics team. This role is pivotal in ensuring efficient system operations and driving continuous improvement across inventory and flow processes. The Inventory Controller will work closely with end-users to enhance their experience maintain accurate stock control and optimize logistics performance.
Main Missions :
- Monitor and analyze logistics KPIs (inventory levels sales production hours) and develop corrective action plans for deviations.
- Optimize inventory management across Raw Materials (RM) Work-in-Progress (WIP) and Finished Goods (FG) by improving existing flows and processes.
- Ensure stock accuracy through scrap declaration cycle counting and root cause analysis.
- Track and manage Excess & Obsolescence reports implementing preventive and corrective measures.
- Support physical inventory checks and reconciliation (Wall-to-Wall).
- Perform stock adjustment operations in SAP (index upgrades EOP customer and supplier returns etc.).
- Analyze and resolve master data errors (IDOCs and COGI) in SAP.
- Actively participate in Kaizen events and other logistics improvement initiatives
To be successful for this role :
- University degree in a relevant field.
- Minimum 2 years of experience in logistics.
- Solid knowledge of logistics flows and stock management.
- Proficiency in MS Office tools (Excel Access Power BI).
- Strong analytical skills and results-oriented mindset.
- SAP knowledge is a significant advantage.
Language Skills:
- Good communication skills in both French and English is required
