ملخص الوظيفة
Project Duration: 3 Months Only
(Immediate Start)
1. To Plan all works such as PPM CM and casual jobs as per
SLA.
2. To ensure all works PPM CM and casuals are completed
on schedule.
3. Ensure proper documentation related with contracts
and service reports. Comply with all QCDD QCS MOI
standards and statutory compliance.
4. To ensure the costs are in line with proper
margins/profits of each jobs. Support engineer in material
take-offs.
5. Arrange and coordinate for tools/spares equipment’s for
the sites.
6. Train the staff for maintaining the highest standards of
HSE practices.
7. Maintain highest standards of customer service
internal/external.
8. Support Engineer/Manager for site visits inspections etc
JOB CONTEXT:
1. Ability to arrest /attend/rectify all kinds of faults of chillers DX units and their control systems
of large HVAC installations also to have Knowledge in all types of Pumps and plumbing fixtures.
2. Ability to determine the kind of tools and equipment needed to do a specific job
3. Ability to assist workers in inspecting and testing systems to verify system compliance with
plans and specifications and to detect malfunctions.
4. Ability to assist workers in performing routine equipment maintenance.
6. QUALIFICATIONS EXPERIENCE & SKILLS:
1. Degree/Diploma in HVAC 3-year diploma / 4-year Degree or. Equivalent.
2. Basic understanding of the theory of heating ventilation air-conditioning and refrigeration
systems and their trouble shooting testing.
3. Familiarity with industry-specific tools and equipment
4. English language speak and write.
5. Good knowledge in FM related activities.
6. Driving license
Minimum Experience: 5 to 8 years of Industry experience in native countries and 3-year experience
in gulf is preferable.
